Data controller

North AquaCulture NO AS is the data controller for all processing of personal data where we determine the purpose of the processing of the data and the means we use to do so. General inquiries

If you send an inquiry to us, we will process information about your name and email address to be able to respond to your email. The legal basis for the processing is legitimate interest. The legitimate interest is to be able to respond to inquiries to the company. All inquiries that do not result in a customer relationship will be deleted 3 months after the last contact.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor had visited the other website.

These websites may collect information about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking systems, and monitor your interactions with the embedded content. This also includes tracking your actions through the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to the website.

Analysis

Using Google Analytics (GA), Google collects information from each visit made to our website. This is so that we can see and analyze the number of visits to the site and how the pages are used. Google collects information such as the browser you use, the mobile device you use, and where you are located in Norway. But Google does not collect personal information to the extent that they can track who you are.

IP addresses

This information is only used to show where the visitor is located roughly. The IP address is not visible to us with access to data in Google Analytics.

If the registered information is not correct or is incomplete, you can request that the information be corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
