During this phase, the ownership of the RAS-facility, project documentation and As-Built design package is signed off and formally transferred to the deliverable owner. Prior to closing the project, knowledge-sharing and return-on-experience sessions are held with the project group.
The handover of a project typically includes:
- Onsite handover meeting
- Handover document package
- Design, project & commissioning documents
- Operations manual (according to NS9416)
- Maintenance procedures and templates
- Certificate of completion and warranty package
- Preventive maintenance & service agreement
- Project performance review & return on experience
